Samsung comes back with two new camcorders in the form of the Samsung SMX-C14 and SMX-C10. Both video recorders feature Touch of Color (ToC) finish and provide 10x optical zoom, Hyper Image Stabilization, Active Angle Lens, 2.7 inch screen, 16GB internal storage (only SMX-C14), SD/SDHC memory card slot, one-touch upload button and H.264 compression. Weighing only six ounces, this pocket-sized digital video camera is capable of capturing 11-megapixels still images or 5-megapixels high definition video in MPEG-4/H.264 format. It also provides you with Face Detection, Electronic Image Stabilizers and z-Lighting for better image quality. Other features include a fixed 7.1mm lens, an ultra-bright 2.5-inch LCD display that can be rotated up to 270-degrees, 5x digital zoom, a 32MB of internal memory and an SDHC card slot (up to 8GB). Sea&Sea Japan comes back with a new underwater camera bundle known as the DX-2G. The camera’s design and specification are similar with the Ricoh GX200, so we can say this camera as the Ricoh GX200 clone. The DX-2G comes with 12MP CCD sensor, a 2.7 inch LCD display, and smooth Imaging Engine III processor. Unfortunately, there is no word on pricing so far. [Akihabara]

VholdR has rolled out the world’s first HD wearable camcorder known as the ContourHD, which is capable of shooting 720p video at 30fps and WVGA (858 x 480) video at 60fps.
