Vado Pocket Video Cam, similar to Pure Digital’s Flip Video cheapcorder. It features a YouTube friendly 640 x 480 resolution, 2GB of built-in memory, a 2-inch display, a flip-out USB connector, and two hours of battery life on a charge. DXG will be launching a new camcorder called the 569V. It can shoot 1280 x 720 video at 30 fps, captures 5 megapixel still photos and has a 3-inch foldout LCD for a low price of $169. I guess DXG is the way to go if you want both a bargain and quality. [Engadget]

AgfaPhoto will launch a new camcorder called the DV-5000Z. it features a 5-megapixel Micron CMOS sensor, 2.5-inch flip-out LCD, 3x optical zoom and an SD / SDHC slot to store info on. The DV-5000Z will also be able to capture clips at 1,280 x 720 (using H.264 compression) and 16-bit stereo sound. Additional features include USB connectivity, a rechargeable Li-ion and video out. It’s going for about €249 ($393) in Russia next month. Unfortunately it wont be coming to the States ever. [Engadget]

Vivitar has added another camcorder to their line that will be able to shoot HD. The DVR565HD will capture in H.264 / MPEG-4 at 30fps, video back out in 1080i via the HDMI output and will be available in black and silver and lastly, has a 3-inch flip-out LCD monitor as well as a 4GB SD card. Exemode has once again launched a new camcorder that doesn’t offer much called the DV230. It has a 2-megapixel CMOS sensor and can shoot motion Jpeg video in VGA. Look for this camcorder for about 52€. [Akihabara]
