The RC-12 Wireless Mini Cam from RF System Lab is able to send video over distances as far as 30 meters away or about 98 feet. The mini camera also able to shoot images underwater with the help of a waterproof case. FYI, this spy camera is using a 0.25″ CMOS chip to snap full color images in VGA quality(0.27 megapixels). Minox will be releasing another “Not so Exciting” model called the DC-8011. It comes with an 8 megapixel CCD, 2.7-inch LCD and electric image stabilization and 4x optical zoom. No word on price or availability, but I’m sure you wont lose sleep over it. [LetsGoDigital]

Minox is dropping a slim digital camera called the DC7411. It features a 7.2 megapixel sensor and 3x zoom, and a 3-inch LCD along with electronic image stabilization and face detection. There’s no info on a release date or price yet, so you’ll have to hang tight for a bit. [Letsgo]

Behold Sigma’s new APO 200-500 f2.8 ultra telephoto zoom lens. It features a F2.8 aperture at 500mm focal length, a F5.6 attachment, and an internal Li-ion battery. Available for Sigma and Nikon mounts in June or Canons in April for roughly $25,000. With this kind of lens you can capture wildlife.
