The Canon PowerShot A650 IS Digital Camera is a 12.1MP camera that features 6x Optical Zoom Lens with the Lens Shift Type Image Stabilization 7.4 (W)–44.4 (T) mm (35mm equiv. : 35 (W)–210 (T) mm) f/2.8 (W)–f/4.8 (T) and 2.5-inch LCD (Approx. 173,000 pixels) screen with wide viewing angle attributing low-temperature polycrystalline silicon. Check out Canon’s latest Powershot digicams. The SD950 IS Digital ELPH provides a full 12.1MP while the SD870 only features 8MP sensor. The SD950 offers a 3.7x zoom with optical image stabilization, DIGIC III image processing, Canon’s latest face recognition tech, an optical viewfinder and 2.5-inch scratch-resistant LCD with anti-reflection coating.
The SD870 adopts a 3.8x wide-angle optical zoom and 3-inch LCD. The SD950 and SD870 will cost you $450 and $400 respectively, when they hit shelves in September.

The Canon EOS-1Ds Mark III is finally officia. The camera comes with its dual Digic III processors and ultra-low noise full-frame 21.1MP CMOS sensor. The Canon HG10 High Definition Camcorder is the first Canon camcorder to record on a hard disk drive. The Camcorder Info people reviewed all the features starting with the glass lens with the 10x optical zoom. Next, the grip is comfortable when you actually hold it in your hands, and it features zoom control which is “pro grade”. They don’t think much of the AVCHD code because it gives off a noticeable blur when in motion. Even though a lot of the features have some flaws to correct, they still call it the best HDD camcorder available.

Canon has just announced their latest iVIS HG10 AVCHD camcorder, which will be released in September. The HG10 records 1,920 x 1,080 video to a 40GB disk drive instead of a DVD. It measures 81mm × 129mm × 75mm and weighs 565grams(with battery). The Canon iVIS HG10 will retail for approx. $1,200.
