JVC GC-PX1 Hybrid Camcorder

A new Hybrid Camcorder from JVC is about to be launched in Japan. Called the GC-PX1, this video camera sports a 10.6-megapixel back-illuminated CMOS sensor, a 10x optical zoom lens, a 3.0-inch tilting touchscreen LCD display, JVC’s FalconBrid Image processor, a 32GB of internal storage, an SD/SDHC/SDXC card slot and has the ability to record 1080p Full HD video at 60fps. JVC comes back to the portable HD camcorder market by releasing the Picsio GC-WP10 and GC-FM2. Both camcorders allow you to select from four different recording resolutions including Full HD 1080 (1920 x 1080/30p), HD 720 (1280 x 720/60p), iFrame (960 x 540/30p) and Quarter High Definition (960 x 540/30p). These camcorders are compatible with Eye-Fi cards for Wi-Fi connectivity. Additional specs include a 3-inch touchscreen display for easy operation and playback viewing and time-lapse recording that reduces hours-long segments to mere seconds. The Picsio GC-WP10 is waterproof to a depth of 10 feet/3 meters (IPX8 certified) for worry-free recording underwater, on the slopes or in the rain. JVC has added a new Full HD camcorder to its line-up by unveiling the Everio GZ-HM350. This compact and lightweight camcorder sports a 3.32-megapixel 1/4.1-inch CMOS image sensor, a 36x optical zoom lens, a 2.7-inch LCD display, a 32GB of storage, an SD/SDHC card slot, a mini-USB port, a mini-HDMI port and has the ability to record 1920 x 1080 Full HD video in AVCHD format.
