This latest Cybershot from Sony is definitely one of the slimmest compact digital cameras out there. With interesting features such as 10.1Mpix censor and 3.5″ screen, it gives you up to 5x optical zoom. The image stabilizer allows you to boost up to ISO3200. $400.

Sony has dropped a rather unique digicam this time. It is basically a DSLR with a flip-screen. No other specs are known at the moment! Hate to keep you camera fans in suspense.

Sony ’s DCR-HC62 mini DV Handycam is a camcorder that comes with a 25x optical Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar zoom lens and a 1-megapixel CCD imager, framing and footage viewing is easy with its 2.7″ widescreen (16:9 ratio) LCD touchscreen display, USB, a Memory Stick PRO Duo, an on-screen usage guide, Super SteadyShot image stabilization and color viewfinders. Look for this mini camcorder this February for $300.

Measuring only 73mm x 71mm x 115mm and weighing at 340grams (including battery), the Sony SR42E camcorder is able to create detailed and natural images even in low light environments. The video camera comes with a 2.5inch LCD touch screen, a “3G sensor” and the hard disk shock absorber. The gadget also comes with Vario-Tessar lens to enhanced picture quality. No word on pricing and availability so far.
