Sony Europe has recently launched a new version 3.2 for the Image Data Converter. The new version features new algorithms that reduces image noise at high ISO settings when converting RAW data to JPEG files. Sony Waterproof DSC-TX5 And High Zoom DSC-H55

Sony today unveiled two new cameras namely the DSC-TX5 and DSC-H55. The former is a water-, dust-, shock-, and freeze-proof Cyber-shot digital camera that measures at just 17.7mm slim. This camera also features a 10.2MP Exmor R CMOS sensor, a 4x optical zoom with 25mm wide angle and a 3-inch LCD touchscreen. Meanwhile, the latter features a 14.1MP CMOS sensor with a powerful 10x optical zoom lens. The Sony DSC-TX5 and DSC-H55 retails for $350 and $250, respectively. [dcviews]

Sony Cybershot DSC-W320 and DSC-W330

Sony Korea has decided to launch two new Cybershot cameras in South Korea in the form of the Cybershot DSC-W320 and DSC-W330. These ultra-compact cameras support a 14-megapixel sensor, a 4X optical zoom, a 3-inch large LCD screen, a 26mm wide angle lens and up to ISO 3200. The Intelligent Auto function automatically adjusts exposure and other settings for optimum results in a wide range of shooting situations, meanwhile the Smile Shutter function automatically fires shutter when subject smiles. Measuring at 17.3cm thick and weighing 101grams, the Cybershot DSC-W320 and DSC-W330 are priced at between 200,000 Won ($172) and 300,000 Won ($258). Read more
