Memorex has kept Mother’s Day in mind with these new digiframes. They feature “feminine graphics,” 7-inch 480 x 234 resolution panels and USB connectivity. The other has that along with four interchangeable inserts and a SD / MMC expansion slot. The other one has a 4-in-1 reader and floral patterns. Both will be available next month for $89.99 each. Kodak will release some EasyShare photoframes with “Quick Touch” borders so you can scroll through photos by sliding your finger along the border and control all the other frame functions. Both the M820 and M1020 feature 8 and 10-inch screens, audio and video support, 128MB of built-in memory, and support for most used memory card formats. While the 7-inch P720 comes with the Quick Touch border but lacks everything but the basic photo frame specs. All three will ship on April 16th. Mustek has dropped their first ever 5-in-1 PF-D240 digiframe that not only serves that purpose but is also an alarm clock, FM radio, built-in MP3 player and a thermometer. Additional features include an MMC / SD expansion slot for loading photos, a USB 2.0 connector and a pair one-watt speakers along with a 2.4-inch 320 x 240 panel for displaying all your pictures. No word on pricing or availability yet, but I’m guessing the price will be pretty high considering all the features it has.
Mustek is releasing a picture frame that has a 7-inch 480 x 234 primary display, and supports SD, Memory Stick and Compact Flash, and doubles as an alarm and plays back music and video. The only downside is the second LCD ruins the whole frame. Get yours in April for $150.
