Mustek has dropped the greatest 2-in-1 device ever. The PF-i1700 is not only a digital photo frame for displaying photos, but it also has an iPod dock built in as well. The PF-i700 features 480-by-234 pixel resolution, widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio, MPEG & Xvid playback, stereo speakers, headphone jack, and the ability to display photos in portrait and landscape positions. Supporting SD, xD, MMC, MemoryStick and MemoryStick Pro cards along with a USB 2.0 port for thumb drives. Too bad this one isn’t out for a last minute gift. It’s set to drop in stores March 2008 for $130.

Now you wont have a hard time trying to display your photos to a bigger group of people with the Sandisk Photo Album because you can use this digital viewer on your TV by connecting it to your TV of course. It features slots for CompactFlash, Memory Stick, Memory Stick PRO, SmartMedia, xD, SD and MMC cards as well as a USB port for flash drives, support for JPEG files up to 16 megapixels and will resize them to fit on the screen, a remote you can zoom in to any part of the image, plays MP3s and has limited video capabilities with support for 8fps MPEG-1 files. All in all, i’d say this is alot simpler than using a digital photo frame. Now available for $50.
