Logitech Goes HD With QuickCam Ultra Vision

Logitech launched its new webcam which is called the Logitech QuickCam Ultra Vision. It has 1.3 MP sensor and HD wide-screen format. With this webcam, Logitech introduces its new technology which is called RightLight 2 technology. This technology adapts the webcam settings to the environment to give you better image quality.

Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000 And VX-6000

The LifeCam VX-3000 is Microsoft’s newest webcam which has a noise-canceling microphone. It captures video at 640×480 pixels and takes photos at a 1.3MP resolution which includes face tracking software. The software controls the camera’s pan, tilt and zoon functions, and adjusts for low lighting conditions. Microsoft is also launch VX-6000 which features a wide angle lens and a 3x digital zoom. The VX-6000 takes photos at 5MP and shoots video at 1280×1024. The Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000 is optimized for Windows Live Messenger. Three key features give you a superior Windows Live Experience. First button is the Windows Live Call Button which makes it easy to start a video call. The second is the LifeCam Dashboard button which allows you to access video effects and control your webcam from the Windows Live Messenger window. And the last one is One-Touch Blogging button. A single click of this button allows you to upload to Windows Live Spaces. The recommended price for Lifecam VX-3000 is $49.99 while VX-6000 is $99.99.
