Hitachi DZ-BD70 And DZ-BD7H Hybrid Blu-Ray Camcorders

Hitachi unveiled the DZ-BD70 and DZ-BD7H hybrid Blu-ray camcorders at a press release today in Japan. These Blu-ray cams feature 8cm Blu-Ray drive, a 30GB hard drive, a 5.3MP CMOS sensor delivering 2.07MP videos or 4.32MP stills, USB, HDMI and SD card slot. It’s hard drive can store up to 4 hours of full HD video. The camcorders also sport Advanced CCM circuit and Adaptive DNR (Digital noise reduction) to ensure your HD video looks and sounds perfect. The Hitachi DZ-BD70 and DZ-BD7H will be released on August 30th in Japan for $1348 and $1600 respectively. In addition, the special 8 cms BD-R disc will sell for $21 and BD-RE for $30. These hyper-expensive Blu-Ray discs have a capacity of 7.5 GB and can record up to 60 minutes of full HD 1,920 x 1,080 MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 video.
