Both the M820 and M1020 feature 8 and 10-inch screens, audio and video support, 128MB of built-in memory, and support for most used memory card formats. While the 7-inch P720 comes with the Quick Touch border but only has the basic photo frame specs. All three will ship on April 16th for $120, $180, and $230.
