Microsoft LifeCam NX-6000

Microsoft LifeCam NX-6000 is the company’s first webcam which is designed exclusively for laptop use. Optimized for use with Windows Live Messenger, the LifeCam NX-6000 features the highest resolution video at 2MP. In addition, the NX-6000 can also take digital stills at 7.6MP resolution. Designed for mobility and durability, the LifeCam’s lens is retractable and it goes into hiding when the webcam is not in use. For audio, the LifeCam NX-6000 includes a unidirectional microphone for CD-like quality. The Microsoft LifeCam NX-6000 sells for US$99.99 and will be available this November 2006.
