Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 35mm f/1.8G

Nikon today introduced the AF-S DX NIKKOR 35mm f/1.8G lens exclusively for Nikon’s DX format. This new 35mm single-focal-length lens provides a picture angle equivalent to a focal length of 52.5mm in FX in 35mm format and has a large maximum aperture of f/1.8 enabling effortless handheld shooting in dark settings, and a built-in Silent Wave Motor to ensure fast, quiet autofocus, even with cameras without a built-in motor, such as the Nikon D40 and D60. The lens is perfect for natural portrait and landscape shooting. [dcviews]
