Nikon comes back with a new EDG Fieldscope series. The two angled 65-A and 85-A are all waterproofed with O-ring seals and nitrogen gas, allowing the Fieldscopes to be used in adverse weather conditions. The EDG is compatible with Coolpix compact digital cameras. [dcviews]

I intend to purchase a good SLR Digital (Nikon D700) which may be attached with fieldscope (Nikon Fieldscope ED 25-75×82 Extra Low Dispersion Straight & Angled Spotting Scopes with 25x – 75x Zoom Eyepieces) or this one especially for long distance birding (bird photography/wildlife photography). Please help me in this regard.
