
Tamron is ready to release a new 70-300mm F/4-5.6 telephoto zoom lens in order to celebrate Tamron 60th anniversary. This lens can be used with both full-frame sensor and AF 35mm cameras with a zoom range of 70-300mm; or with APS-C sensor cameras where the angle of view will change the zoom range equal to 109-465mm. The new Tamron lens also features image stabilization – VC (Vibration Compensation) and an ultrasonic auto-focus drive – USD (Ultrasonic Silent Drive). AEE has unveiled their latest ultra-small digital camcorder at CeBIT 2010. Dubbed as the Muvi Micro DV Cam, this thumb-sized camcorder sports a 2MP image sensor, a 2GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot, a voice-activated video recording, a built-in microphone, a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and is capable of recording 640 x 480 video at 30fps. Coby has started selling the second generation of Coby Snapp pocket camcorder series that consists of Coby Snapp CAM4505, CAM3001, and CAM5001. The CAM5001 boasts a 2-inch display, a 5-megapixel camera, a 4X digital zoom, a 128MB of memory (expandable up to 16GB), a built-in HDMI connection, and video resolution up to 720p. Meanwhile, the CAM3001 and CAM4505 provide smaller screens, smaller built-in memory and no HD playback.
