Samsung has just announced the release of the new 10-megapixel camera, the L210. The L210 offers an OIS or Optical Image Stabilizer, a DIS Digital Image Stabilizer, a 3x optical Zoom and Face detection system, a Self portrait mode and an Auto Red Eye Fix mode. No word on pricing or availability.

Behold Sigma’s new APO 200-500 f2.8 ultra telephoto zoom lens. It features a F2.8 aperture at 500mm focal length, a F5.6 attachment, and an internal Li-ion battery. Available for Sigma and Nikon mounts in June or Canons in April for roughly $25,000. With this kind of lens you can capture wildlife.

Mustek has announced their first digital camera called the DV300T. It looks like a cell phone, however it is just a camera. It features a 3.1 megapixel resolution,a PMP, a voice recorder, and an e-book reader. No word on pricing or availability, but it shouldn’t be that much considering this camera isn’t at all that impressive.

The Sigma DP1 has just received a release date. This Spring look forward to a 14 megapixel FOVEON X3 sensor, a fixed, 16.6-mm F4 lens, the new “TRUE” image processing engine, a 2.5-inch LCD, pop-up manual flash, hot shoe, manual or 9-point autofocus modes, and QVGA movie recording capabilities. No word on exact pricing yet however.

Casio will release a new digital camera called the Exilim Card EX-S10 in Japan. It comes equipped with a 10.1M CCD sensor and a 3X optical zoom lens, a 2.7-inch 230,000 pixel LCD monitor and 11.8MB built-in memory, and supports ISO 1600, face detection function, and up to 230 photos from one charging. You’ll be able to get them in silver, black, red, blue and white and will be available on 15th February for $373.
