It was neither The camera mount felt so delicate that I thought it would break trying to adjust the camera. Notice how they do not show the wiring connections in their pictures. The plugs on my hardware were mounted to the camera so there was no graceful way to keep the connections from getting wet. !!! 20-25% restocking fee that I was charged on items I never even took out of their boxes! !!! 15 (count em) day return policy from the day they were shipped not the day you got them!
