Sony Alpha A7 II Gets Pricing In The US

Sony’s latest full-frame compact system camera ‘Alpha A7 II’ has finally been priced in the US. This interchangeable lens camera will be available in the US from December 9th for $1,700 (body only) and $2,000 (w/ Sony FE 28-70mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS lens). Billed as the world’s first 35mm full-frame compact system camera with 5-axis image stabilization, the Alpha A7 II sports a 24.3MP full-frame Exmor CMOS sensor, a 3.0-inch 1,228.8k-dot tilting LCD monitor, an XGA 2.36M-dot OLED electronic viewfinder and a BIONZ X image processor. Adopting a weather-resistant magnesium alloy body, this interchangeable lens camera comes complete with built-in WiFi connectivity and NFC support, and has the ability to capture 1080p@60fps Full HD video in XAVC S format.
