Korean giant Samsung has rolled out two new ergonomically designed compact digital camcorders in South Korea. Known as the SMX-C14 and SMX-C10, both camcorders feature Samsung’s Crystal Design that makes a hint of color is naturally blended into the deep black body for an attractive crystalline appearance. FYI, this technology was first introduced in the company’s line of flat panel HDTVs. [AVING]

The Flip MinoHD will come in a limited edition model that has been christened as the Flip MinoHD Chrome. This mini camcorder comes limited basically because of its outer shell which is a reflective finish of a gun metal finish. All the specs are basically like the original Flip MinoHD that had previously launched. The Panasonic HDC-TM350 and TM30 come with a 64GB and 32GB HDD, respectively. The Panasonic TM30 has a 1/6-inch CMOS sensor (2.1MP), a 16x zoom and 2ch sound support, meanwhile the Panasonic TM350 features a 1/4.1-inch CMOS sensor (10.6MP), a 12x zoom and 5.1ch sound support. Both camcorders also feature a 2.7-inch LCD screen and USB/SDHC card/HDMI interfaces. Weighing at 227grams, the Panasonic TM30 is the lightest camcorder of its kind in the industry. The Yashica DVC575 from Exemode is an entry-level HD camcorder that is currently available in Japan. This video camera provides a 5MP CMOS sensor with a 720/30p video recording capabilities, a 128MB of internal memory, a 3x Digital Zoom and a 2.5-inch LCD display. You can purchase the Yashica DVC575 HD camcorder for 14800 Yen ($154). [Akihabara]

JVC has developed 4K and 8K video recorder that come with D-ILA technology. These camcorder will be able to capture videos at the resolution of 8,912 x 4,320 or 3,840 x 2,160. However, there is no info on when these camcorders are going to be launched. Stay tuned for more updates. [JVC]
