The new ScanViewer digital photo frame from Jobo is a unique high resolution 8-inch multimedia digital picture frame that comes with a built-in photo scanner. The device is able to digitalize up to 4-inch x 6-inch printed photos and display them directly on its high resolution screen. The Jobo ScanViewer comes jam packed with a 1GB of internal memory and a USB connectivity for easy transfer of scanned pictures to PC. With two different types : PDJ801 and PDJ800, both of which tout an 8.4-inch panel with an 800 x 600 resolution, a 500:1 contrast ratio, it supports USB port, rechargeable 1,500mAh Li-ion battery and a multi-card reader on both. It also uses an acrylic frames with a modern metal trim to fit in with any decor in your house or office. The PDJ801 with 1GB built-in memory costs $179 while the $159 PDJ800 has 128MB.
