
According to rumors, Leica will launch the limited edition Leica M7 Hermes digital camera on Monday, November 16th, 2009. Priced at a hefty $14,000, the camera will be available only 100 units. Pentax will release the limited edition of Pentax K-x dSLR camera in Japan. This camera comes with a robotic color scheme that was inspired by the “Kore Ja Nai” robo toy. Only 100 units of this dSLR that will be released. The Pentax K-x ‘Robotic Colors’ Limited Edition will be available in Japan in their online store for $880 and it will be available for pre-order from November 2009. [Pentax]

Leica will release an all-white Safari M8 digital rangefinder camera. This limited edition camera comes with a camera body that will be hand-assembled and manufactured from the finest materials available. There is no word on pricing at this time. D-LUX 4 TITAN is a limited edition camera from Leica that will be launched for Japan market in January 2009. The camera comes with a 10.1M 1/1.63-inch CCD image sensor, the D-LUX 4 TITAN adopts a 2.5X zoom lens and a 3-inch 460,000-pixel LCD monitor. They will be available only in 1000 units. You can buy this for 122,000(JPY) and you’ll get a unique case made of finest calf leather. [AVING]
