
Here are several hands-on pictures of the famous Panasonic SDR-SW21 tough camcorder. This video recorder can be used in seawater to a depth of 2 meters, shockproofing that protects against falls from up to 1.2 metres, and dustproofing. It also features the new YouTube Uploader function that makes video uploading super easy. You just need to set the camcorder to “Web Mode” and it will record the movie in a YouTube compatible format. Panasonic has upgraded its Lumix FS series with three digital cameras. The DMC-FS12 is a 12 Megapixel camera that features 4x (31-124mm equiv.) optical zoom and a 2.7-inch LCD with Intelligent Auto mode, Optical Image Stabilization and Face Detection. Meanwhile, the DMC-FS62 and FS42 come with 10 Megapixel sensors, 2.5-inch LCDs, 4x (33-132mm equiv.) zoom lenses. The Panasonic LUMIX DMC-GH1 is claimed to be the world’s first DSLR camera with exchangeable lenses that is capable of capturing full High Definition video in a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 60fps. Each video clip is stored in the AVCHD (MPEG_4/H.264) format. Besides its capability to capture full High Definition video, the camera also features fully automatic iA mode, it provides excellent pictures for beginners. This update offers some improvements including performances in the Auto White Balance and the color reproduction and a reliability on the flash operation in low temperature environments.
