If you are looking for a new flash memory card with a huge storage space for your digicam? Then you should wait until 2011. San Disk’s new 128GB microSD cards will not be available until 2011. SanDisk has recently released MicroSDHC cards in 8GB and the company will launch its 16GB version in the near future. [Image-acquire]

Sandisk has unveiled Extreme® III 30MB/s Edition SDHC card. It will be available in 4GB, 8GB and 16GB capacities. The new model sets a new speed record of 30 megabytes per second for SD™ flash memory cards. The model is ideal for high-end DSLR cameras storage. The model will be available in October with suggested retail price of $64.99 for the 4GB card, $109.99 for the 8GB card, and $179.99 for the 16GB card. [SanDisk]

Now you wont have a hard time trying to display your photos to a bigger group of people with the Sandisk Photo Album because you can use this digital viewer on your TV by connecting it to your TV of course. It features slots for CompactFlash, Memory Stick, Memory Stick PRO, SmartMedia, xD, SD and MMC cards as well as a USB port for flash drives, support for JPEG files up to 16 megapixels and will resize them to fit on the screen, a remote you can zoom in to any part of the image, plays MP3s and has limited video capabilities with support for 8fps MPEG-1 files. All in all, i’d say this is alot simpler than using a digital photo frame. Now available for $50.
