
According to some rumors across the web, Sony is preparing to launch a mirrorless camera on November 18th. It’s said that the camera will feature a 14.2-megapixel APS-C Exmor CMOS sensor, interchangeable lenses: 16mm, 35mm and 60mm, a 1GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot, in-body image stabilization, AF 11 points and have the ability to record 1920 x 1080 video at 30fps. Here’s the latest firmware update ‘version 1.10′ for Sony’s A380, A330 and A230 DSLR cameras. This new update enables to “lock exposure on the focused subject, when the metering mode is set to Center Weighted or Spot.” The update is now available for immediate download via Sony’s official website. Sony has unveiled the pricing and availability of their new XDCAM EX Shoulder-mount camcorder, the PMW-350K. Measuring 124mm x 269mm x 332mm and weighing 3.2-kg, the Sony XDCAM EX PMW-350K provides three 2/3 inch-type Exmor Full HD CMOS sensors, an HDMI out, and a 3.5-inch LCD screen.
