This 7.1MP camera is equipped with a 2.5 inch high-resolution LCD, 15 scene modes, improved GUI, and many other features. The S500 has the world’s fastest shutter release time lag of .005seconds. Other abilities include Face Priority to achieve a sharp focus on other’s faces, and in-camera red-eye removal. Pricing and availability are still in mystery.
